Ok this is to make the mods see sence and un ban the forum 3 there trapped in the ban for un fair dismissal from the forum due to freedom of speach surely if u read other posts by tech and count and various others there opinions are worse than the forum 3 please vote and free them this may make the mods see just how popular they are and make them see its unfair. Thank you for your time.

freedom of speech doesn't actually apply here, it's not a country, it's a website that is run by the discretion of the moderators.  personally they seemed like morons, so whatever.

They were insulting long standing members of these forums with no just cause, behaving immaturely, and without any reserve whatsoever.

lisaw is correct, these forums are run at the discretion of the moderators, there are rules of behaviour, and it is unacceptable for any person to use this place to personally attack people. However freedom of speech is always welcome here. Discussion is not banned, but constant slurs on other members is.

It is not an unfair ban, they were warned about their behaviour by both myself and Cordy, and had plenty of time to apologise to those they insulted, and retract unfair comments that they made. They did not though, and they were banned. This ban will stand for as long as the forum mods see fit.

Ok not sure where to start, I have not been using Chatix for years like some of the regs in here, but I have met some really nice people.  For the record before I go into my reasons for this post I have got a job and a life outside of Chatix.  How is it that people can come into Chatix an racially abuse other people an nothing gets done about it?  Right now there is a person in Chatix under the name of Wezo he has been verbally abusive to me and a few others an as usuall there is no mod in to deal with him.  I would like to state that i fully support the Forum 3 an think that we all have freedom of speech.

I would like someone to explain how some people seem to get away with stuff but others can't?  People have came into Chatix asking for 12-14 year old girls to sleep with.  So what did the Forum 3 do that was that bad ?

Smart arses can keep there comments to themselves thanks.

That's to do with the chatroom, angel, not forums.

In forums we exercise the right to debate. It's a message board, not a live chatroom.

You are right though, plenty of times racism has been a problem in Chatix. Myself and Tech both had comments made to us, and in chat nothing was done about it (It's one of the reasons I quit the chat room). However in forums, whenever there is racism, or abuse, the people who dish it out are warned and banned. Nobody should have to put up with any abuse anywhere, but life is life, and there are fools everywhere who like to cause mayhem, either because they like it, or because they know no better.

Forum rules are that anyone may join the forum for debate, and games, and discussion. However if they advertise (spamming), solicit for sex, or turn nasty (racism, prejudices, insulting other people), then the person(s) responsible for such posts will be banned, and their posts deleted where possible.

What the "Forum 3" did that was so bad, was insult members of these forums without answering questions posed to them. They were brining up topics and ranting in them, which is fine, but yet when their content was questioned, they refused to answer and just responded with insults. It's childish, it was more than once, and they didn't stop when asked, nor did they ever actually answer the questions they were asked.

ok angel have you read the posts that they got banned for? it all started with me asking a simple question about how the chat room had been hacked and how certain people were saying that the chat was the best chat room, but only if it was run by them....anyway i then asked for a bit more insight into this subject as I dont go in the room at all, only to be told what was it to do with me and to be told I wasnt allowed an opinion on it if i didnt go in chat ( well in so many words anyway) the reason they got banned was because they then took it upon themselves to ( attempt to) slag me and Dutch into the ground where I do believe Jase made a reference to a comment I made which would then insinuate I was a nonce, aswell as other pathetic comments. I aswell as everyone else who was involved in the posts saw them warned for their childish behaviour yet they carried on doing it and didnt seem able to make a decent post about the subject. Now was that warranted by asking a simple question, I think not! That being said you dont deserve to be abused in chat either I am sure but then I guess the mods cant be in there 24 hours a day so probably best to ignore whoever is being pathetic until such time that a mod is there to sort them out
